Your Project Order Confirmation/ Purchase Order for solutions/ services is an acceptance of the Terms and Conditions mentioned in the Proforma Invoice/ Commercial Proposal/ Commercial Offer submitted by Geodatavault and constitutes a legally binding contract between Geodatavault and the customer.
