Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Geodatavault, we strive to provide high-quality satellite imagery and geospatial services. We understand that sometimes circumstances may require a refund, and we have established this policy to ensure transparency and fairness for all our customers.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues that prevent access to purchased imagery or services
  • Significant quality issues with delivered satellite imagery that were not disclosed at time of purchase
  • Service cancellation within 24 hours of purchase (for custom tasking orders)
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Archive imagery that has been successfully downloaded
  • Custom analysis or processing services that have been completed
  • Subscription services after the first billing cycle
  • Third-party licensing fees

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@geodatavault.com within 30 days of your purchase. Please include:

  • Your order number or transaction ID
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Supporting documentation (screenshots, error messages, etc.)

Processing Time

Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days after approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be offered for services that were partially delivered or used. The refund amount will be calculated based on the unused portion of the service.
